The objective of the workshop is to get to know oneself better, by exploring the analogies between the process of photographing and how we function in life, and  to develop essential skills in difficult environments:
  • Slowing down,  reconnecting with our body and our emotions
  • Presence, i.e. the awareness of oneself, of others, and of something greater than oneself
  • Finding a balance between reasoning and intuition, between observation, reflection and action; Improvising; Building a vision in ambiguity
Through  guided and improvised activities, participants will be invited to lay aside mental models, and to be inspired by what emerges from their encounter with the world. Then, they will reflect on their experience and establish a parallel with their professional life. 
This course is provided in two formats: group workshop (1/2 to 2 days) and 6 session individual suite.
You will get:
  • A moment to slow down and reconnect with your body, your emotions, and what is essential for you
  • A safe space to interact with people exposed to similar contexts or issues
  • A creative approach that you will be able to adapt and use in your daily life
  • Basis and action plan for an alternative functioning.
