Photography allows you to take a different look at and connect with yourself, your journey, your relationships with others and your environment. It is a powerful way to explore a situation, to communicate about the meaning you give it and to share your emotions, beyond words; thus, to enrich the coaching dialogue. Because the photo process offers a lot of similarities with everyday life, you can also learn a lot about yourself by producing photographs.

How? If you are comfortable with the idea of working with photography, we will agree on the intended outcomes of the coaching and I will propose activities adapted to your needs. We will work with photos you take during or between coaching sessions; with those that you deem relevant to reflect on your subject. There are many possible approaches, individually or in groups (see below). |
The programs and the formats of the interventions are individualized to better fit the client's need. They are usually made of several sessions of 1.30 to 2 hours each, but other formats are possible particularly for group work or workshops.
The sessions take place in person or by video, individually or in group. I am based in France and often visit the UK, and I coach in French and English. |
I am an executive coach, trained in therapeutic photography and coaching approaches using photography. I am particularly committed to coaching people suffering from chronic health conditions. My commitment takes its source in my journey of coping with Menière's disease at a time I was handling senior leadership roles in major companies. See also... |
