Photography and resilience
Photography is a vehicle for exploration and dialogue particularly helpful when dealing with difficult situations. Using and making Photography enrich the Coaching process, with a purpose to enhance self-esteem and self-efficacy, to go through loss and change, and more broadly to increase resilience and develop a better sense of identity. It is helps to project oneself in the future we want to build. Shedding a new light on who we are, what we have achieved, identifying strengths and positive experiencesin our life, are at the core of this coaching activity. I will guide you to bring or make your own pictures to support your reflection during rich conversations with purpose. |
