How can we tackle change or new challenges together, and go to the ends of the world together? I accompany your teams or your group in this reflection, thanks to a collective work using photography and writing, from the stories, figures or representations that define it. The group members will build a collective project and experiment collective ways of being and creating, through photography. ​
Photosynthesis is a professional coaching course, particularly intended for organizations wishing to improve the cohesion of multicultural or heterogeneous teams (with a great geographical and cultural dispersion), or facilitate the integration of groups with a particular identity (minorities, new professions, generations, etc.), or newly acquired or created entities. It is also suitable for project teams, and to facilitate collaboration between companies.
