I started by self-portraits on-the-go, with no preparation nor anticipation, often when I hit the street, a playful enactment, an affirmation of presence. Some are straight portraits, others play with a symbolic self-representation. Recently, I developped a more regular introspective process, combining pictures and words. At that stages it looks like assembling the pieces of a puzzle, a sort of integration process, with no apparent direction, exploring, a free visual speech.
